US Ignite issues a new Request for Information (RFI) today for training services that can be offered to startup companies and entrepreneurs. These services may be provided to future US Ignite partners selected through reverse pitch, hackathon, and other prize competitions within the smart city high-tech sector. This RFI is a request for interested parties to describe their processes, technical capabilities, and demonstrated experience.
US Ignite will use information collected from the RFI process to identify a training model that best supports local tech-focused startups developing products and services for smart city deployments, and to explore possibilities for potential collaboration.
The major RFI goals:
Responses to this RFI will assist US Ignite in determining levels of interest and technical capabilities within the startup/entrepreneur training and accelerator/incubator communities to provide the required training services. In addition, this information will be used to assist US Ignite in establishing a basis for developing any subsequent potential subcontract.
