The Platforms for Advanced Wireless Research (PAWR) program selected, deployed, and now supports the operation of four large-scale wireless testbeds for research through 5G, 6G, and beyond. These shared infrastructure assets are the result of a $100 million public-private partnership funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and an industry consortium of more than 30 of the nation’s leading wireless companies and associations. The program is managed by the PAWR Project Office, which is co-led by US Ignite and Northeastern University.
