OrangeCone creates a conversation about public spaces, which means the ability to both have a voice and to listen. OrangeCone’s Mobile App for Citizens allows people to take a picture of a problem in a public space, and report it to the Public Space Manager responsible for that space. It delivers information about local Issue Reports to Citizens in the app for neighborhood-level awareness, as well as metro-level awareness by connecting directly to all metro-area public and governmental public space managers. Further, with the OrangeCone Issue Management Platform (accessible on mobile and web), Public Space Managers who are city, state, federal, or other public officials, can receive and manage reported issues to resolution, and use the collected data for more accurate public space management.
